About

About Lauren.

Lauren is a technology founder and strategy executive who has spent nearly two decades bringing ambitious ideas and products to market. Her career spans Fortune 250 strategy, academic research at Dartmouth and Yale, global health and policy, venture-backed companies, and the creation of a frontier neurotechnology company.

Her work has consistently sat at the intersection of ideas and implementation — advising C-suite leaders on growth and innovation, conducting and translating research, and helping shape public-private initiatives designed to move entire industries.

Most recently, she co-founded Evolve, helping build a new category of neurotechnology that brings capabilities historically confined to research labs into real-world use through novel hardware, multimodal biosensing and AI.

Over the course of her career, Lauren has developed a strong instinct for seeing patterns, connecting ideas and clarifying what matters most. She works with leaders making consequential bets on new products, markets and technologies designed for impact at scale.

$15M raised · Product to market in 3 years

Co-founded Evolve, a next-generation neurotechnology company bringing capabilities historically confined to research labs into real-world use. Built a multimodal platform that measures brain, cognitive and physiological function — creating a new way to understand human performance and health at scale.

Led product, validation, market strategy, partnerships and commercialization — defining what to build, what to prove and how to bring a new category to market.

Bridging business growth and population health.

6.4 trillion calories removed

At a high-impact strategy group based at the Hudson Institute, led research translation and cross-sector strategy across global CPG companies, major health nonprofits, foundations and government, including the White House. Built the business case for how better-for-you product portfolios could drive both corporate growth and population health, helping translate research into industry action.

Work included the Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation, whose members removed 6.4 trillion calories from the U.S. marketplace — more than four times the original goal.

Proving the ROI for scale.

$2M in avoided readmission costs

At Paired Health, helped turn a promising technology-enabled care model into a more credible commercial proposition for hospitals. Built the framework to connect reductions in preventable readmissions with measurable economic value, creating a clearer way to demonstrate ROI to buyers and investors.

That validation became the foundation for sharper positioning, a stronger hospital value proposition and a more credible path to adoption and scale.

Reinvention

Clarity on the customer drove retention.

Enterprise strategy for 36M members

A Fortune 250 health insurer wanted to move beyond managing illness and play a larger role in keeping members healthy. As a core member of the strategy team, I helped build a multidimensional consumer segmentation that revealed where the organization was over-indexed on its sickest members, then translated those insights into the end-to-end customer experience, new behavioral programs and an enterprise-wide strategy for engaging members differently.
