Who exactly do I work with? While many different types of folks pop in to my world, I tend to energetically attract successful female executives and entrepreneurs who hold lot's of roles - mom, CEO, partner, etc. - who are seeking to create inner alignment between their work and all aspects of their lives. Using a whole host of modalities from to intuitive readings, Human Design and mindfulness and awareness-based coaching, we tap into the energetic expansion that is in your field, that is simply waiting to come in. We release what needs to be let go of and we work together to uncover and acheive the next stage in your inner and outer evolution.

One day intensives.
We spent 2 - 2.5 hours going deep. Digging into where you are and where you want to go in your life and career. We connect with your higher self and tap into the next path or steps on your journey, and uncover any barriers that you need to bring awareness to. At the end of the session, you are lit up, aware of your next steps, and ready to grow into the next gen version of you.
Inner Alignment Coaching.
Real, long term change happens when we spend at least 3 months shifting our inner patterns, and how we show up in daily life. We start where exactly where you are - uncover where you are desiring change and tap into the inner potential within you, your business and life. Pulling from a range of modalities, we go on a journey to new heights where you land in YOU v2, at the end of container.
